I am planning to buy a flat Mahaveer hermitage, in JP nagar 5th phase. ANy comments on the project?
I know it is BDA approved, but still I would like to know all aspects. The price of this project is high when compared with any of other Mahaveer projects.

I am planning to buy a 2 BHK (1166 sqft) ready to occupy flat in Mahaveer Dazzle in Hoodi Circle (Near ITPB). The builder is asking about 34 lakhs including registration and everything.
Can any one suggest can I go with this deal? How is their quality of construction, amenities there?

For your safe and convenience this is to inform you all that please do not buy any flats in mahaveer group
( A division of Reddy Structures PVT LTD) As you all of them know and i want to give a brief more explanation the material they using inside the slab like electric wiring etc.. are very cheap one's for out side visible like sanitary ware they give the good one's and nice painting at the end to cover all the faults made by them. The construction cost for each flat is costing them around six lakhs and they are selling it nearly 25 to 30 lakhs see how they are grabbing money from the people and how they are cheating
Think once before you buy one's brought you will be finished by putting all your money in bin and your hard work

I completly agree... Quality and customer service is PATHETIC!!! AM having flat in MAHAVEER SPRINGS. I HAD PROBLEMS IN GETTING KHATHA... TILL DATE MY WOODWORK AT THE FLAT IS STILL NOT DONE...I GOING TO POST ALL SERIES OF MAILS AND FOLLOWUP DONE WITH THIS DEALER.

After reading all the complaints its clear how the customers are feeling about Reddy structures. But at the same time I feel very bad that still some immature people showing desire to buy flats in Mahaveer Varna and all. This is how the third class builders are growing day and night. Get some sort of maturity guys!!!.

I am totally shocked by the comments posted by some people here...I have bought a flat in their Mahaveer Rich project and by God's grace everything is going on well till today. It is quite common with any builder that they would not give you the possession on their earlier committed date. You need to keep a minimum of 6-8 months as a buffer period.
It is quite natural that the interest shifts from the existing customers to the prospective customers. But whenever I make a call or my husband makes a call, the marketing department promptly attends our calls.
yes, it is very important to visit the site, during construction period and monitor what quality of materials they are using. As of now, they have promised to give us the possession by June 2010 with basic ameneties. We need to wait and see...

There are few good project my mahaveer. But recently i went to see Mahaveer hermitage, in JP nagar 5th phase. Go to the site and check. there is another independent building inside the aparments. I dont feel this projcet is secure. So dont buy just looking at the picture. Go to the site and ask question to builder.

THANK GOD I dint buy a flat in Mahaveer Calyx. I was taking the cheque for downpayment and heading towards Calyx off Bannerghatta Road, then I saw another property of Pariwar Properties and we booked the flat there after a good comparison of the building. Even today, I see Calyx ads in papers (3 yrs now) and we got possession of our strong, well built pariwar flat on time as promised, but Calyx people are suffering for sure!! I kept going there to see the progress and everytime I came back feeling pity for those who bought the flat with such hard earned money .. that too theough LOAN!!!
Please check all the apartments there.. there are so many around, compare and then if you still feel this place near the garbage, unsold for so many years is something you liked, you can go for it! All the best.

I bought a flat in Mahaveer Rich (Off Tumkur Road) and the construction work is going on full swing. They promised me the work will be over by this month end (June'10) and I can occupy the flat in the first week of July'10. As promised the work is almost completed and only the painting work is remaining which might take another week.
Mahaveer people are good to interact and they always listen to my queries. They have always answered my call and kept me posted with the proceedings. Mr. Kishor has been very helpful from the beginning till the end. Other guys are also friendly. They never tried to keep anything within themselves related to the construction of the flat.
They clearly mentioned the Kaveri water connection might take another 6 to 7 months, no wood work before registration, construction of swimming pool n gym will be concentrated only after the completion of all flats and so on...

I am planning to purchase in Trishala or Lakes Projects off Mysore Road. Can anyone advise about the pitfalls, if any. The pricing is very attractive.
So many customers who have bought flats from them are upset and dissatisfied with quality, leakages, deviations, encroahments, illegal constructions, violations, etc., as a customer I suggest why not all the purchasers from various project of mahaveer group (reddy structures pvt Ltd) create an online group and approach the consumer forum or the court to get them address the issues that all o[censored]s are facing in different projects of theirs where we all have purchased with our hard earned money for which we are repaying loans with interest for over 20years or more, instead of crying over why we have purchased from them which is now too late to think we should make and pressurize them through legal means to address all the issues in all their buildings where all have issues and problems.
Until and unless all o[censored]s unite in our fight with this builder in particular we will not succeed in our effort at individual level to bring them to book.
In past many big builders have given in to such demands of various customers as all fought together with a common cause as all are effected.
So guys let's all kick start the fight for our rights to get justice... From their so called "honest practices with finest apartments)...

I agree to unni94 and Rathna's mahaveer people are good they are transparent when ever I had called they had attended it and do the work accordingly I have bought flat at Mahaveer Rich (Off Tumkur Road) they had given us enough time for arranging loan. nagaraj
