[Resolved]  Reddy Structures-Mahaveer Group — Poor quality,poor service

Dear All

we r middle level people and want to buy a 2 BHK within 30 lakhs in North Bangalore. We had gone to see Mahaveer Desire near Chikbanvara Railway Station. what is your review about the project, from all i have read in this web page it seems only their Mahaveer Rich project was OK other than that all other projects are having problem. If Mahaveer Desire near Chikbanvara Railway Station is not suggested then is there any other project which u guys can suggest.

Hello - I have purchased a flat in Mahaveer Wilton and found them to be reasonable. Overall they have been very supportive in resolving our issues and it has bene more than 2 years since they handed over to us.

We are planning to book a Mahaveer Horizon Villa . Can you give some details about that.

Mahaveer Desire:

Don’t believe Mahaveer (Reddy structure). While booking, they give a position date and later they will mention a different position date in the agreement. If you ask later the position date they will show you agreement, then you can't fight against them. In the mean time you will lose minimum 2 lakhs.

this is my experience.

Be care full with the Mahaveer Reddy structure sales people.
My opinion, don’t go to “Reddy Structure”, still you are interested in Reddy Structure, go with “ready to occupy”.

I purchased the flat in Mahaveer Lakes project, after construction I feel that, The quality of flats is not good, the door quality, tiles quality, work of pilumber is worst. This is not at all woth of our hard earned money, Don't buy in Mahaveer group flats.

I have purchased a 2bhk flat in Mahaveer Lakes project by Mahaveer group. After completion I feel the poor quality of delevery. I was surprised to see the worst quality of flat they have delevery. poor quality of Pilumber work makes us every day sewage, drianage and likage problem. wood work quality is totally wastage, we have to put extra money to make door strong enough.
Now I regret for my decision to purchase the flat from Mahaveer group.

Any review or suggestions on Mahaveer Maple project ? It is located on Varthur main road, near to Kundanahalli Jn. Mahaveer builder claims it to be a platinum homes ultra luxury project. Are there any who has already bought a flat in this apartment?

any viewss on mahaveer laurel in bilekahall?
i? project is seems to be completed. whats the quality ?

Mahaveer Laurel is stuck in a court case from 2010, builder does not want to get the case closed as he is not bothered about the consequences. All the flats have been sold. so no worries for him. No commitment from the builder on the completion dates.

what about the new project mahaveer zephyre?

Any prospective buyers!!!Beware of reddy structures...They will never stand by the promises...Wonder if they are really an iso certified company...It is doubtful... Yes you can surely buy a flat from reddy structures pvt ltd(Rspl) provided: 1.You are ready to get yourself cheated...Aaa bail mujhe maar... 2.You are prepared to incurr atleast 25% more then the cost quoted by them, after occupation. 3.You are prepared to occupy without an occupation certificate...So that you can end up as another campa cola complexe in mumbai which is on demolition orders after about 20 years. 4.The lifts may not be safe to use though it will be from a standard company...For the lifts will not have the certification from the compliant authorities. 5.You are preapred to maintain your flats complexe yourselves...Suddenly they will disappear from the scene even without handing over the property to the resident welfare association. 6.You are prepared to forgo the amenities as promised, like swimming pool, meeting room, gym, function hall, compound wall, landscape, rainwater harvestin, safe children's play area, etc, etc, 7.You are prepared to invest your hard earned money in a property, which may not be an authorised construction. 8.You are prepared to put up with very poooooor quality materials, and construction, leaking bathrooms, celings etc. 9.It is okay for you to have a miserable life in your own house...Qurelling with them, day in and day out, and finally getting nothing, not even an acknowledgement. 10.You are prepared for a long drawn legal battles, instead of a peaceful life with your loved ones... Please visit their completed(Incomplete in many aspects)projects, talk to the residents, talk to the office bearers of the registered and elected apartments owners association. Beware...Dont get cheated... Just to end the note: fools learn lessons from their own mistakes, wise men learn from others mistakes, and learn from neither... I am sure people who plan to buy a property from redyy structures pvt ltd are wise men, and those who have already purchased from them are learning lessons.Even after this if there are people to be proud owners of a flat from "honest"builders at a "honest" price, ...God save them.. Hi we booked a apartment in Mahaveer Riveria can anyone plz suggest about that project coz we visited last week we leave in USA.guys need ur help.

Please do not buy flats from this builder as they are only interested in selling and not in completing, their prices are very attractive but once you see your flat completed then you will realise your mistakes you made in buying.

They delay their project so much and make you occupy the junk flats in which you hate to live.

Poor quality n third class practices.

I too bought a FLAT at MAHVEER CHALLET, by seeing the brand name, and hoped they will complete the project within 2 yrs, but now its almost 4 yrs they have handed over the flat to the customer, but the finishing of the project is so super, some one has to visit and see pratically, the flats with out compound, basement floor cracks, unfinished paintings, with corridor full of tube lights, altogether very shabbily done work, inspite of repeated follow up no one from managment side is bothered to finish the same, , as they dont care for the BRAND IMAGE . so pls if any one planning to buy a flat a mahaveer ( reddy structure ) pls be aware . one site visit to MAHAVEER CHALLET, will make your decission perfect .

Reddy Structures/Mahaveer... claim to be an ISO company, they don't even have a process to receive complaint and take action or respond to customer complaints.
some of their email id's they mentioned online will bounce. Company has unethical practices, un professional staff, poor quality of work, no ownership of work.
To deal with their team is a great stress and increases ones blood pressure to great extent, you paid your hard earned money and these guys play around with you for silly things.
until the last rupee is paid they will not even bother to complete the apartment, nor deliver to you to review the quality of work.
when customer is remote/onsite and unable to visit the place in person. they take advantage and not even bother to respond customer queries and complaints. except for the payments.
they wont allow you to do interior-wood work if customer has genuine reason, like travelling to a different place, last minute financial difficulties etc.
this company said give x, y, z amenities in Agreement which is signed, but later they changed the plan and justifies it with bizarre reasons.
they said in the agreement undivided share is abc but when project is kind of 75% done they changed the UDS to less than what they mentioned in agreement.
many more things to say...but i will stop at this moment.
Forget about doing favor and helping customer in difficult times people are not even doing justice to their job nor they are honest to the customer.
I have been dealing with these folks last 3 to 4 years at Mahaveer orchids, until today the flat/community is not ready to live.

Hi. From my experience with Mahaveer Group, I consider thema as an average builder who cannot guarantee Quality work.
I was staying in one of their apartments in JP Nagar and have regular complaints of LEEKAGE, SEEPAGE, Fungus on wall and Cracks. And, the same thing is experienced by friend of mine, who purchased a new flat in one ofthe Mahaveer projects.
The only good part of Mahaveer project is the price and location that they offer, rest quality will always be compromised.
