[Resolved]  Reddy Structures-Mahaveer Group — Poor quality,poor service

We are regretting purchasing a flat from Reddy Structures in the launching stages.After completion we realised that we got a really very poor quality apartment.Lifts, gym, children play area equipments, bores, STP..each and every equipment has a problem.On top of that we came to know that the apartment has been constructed on storm water drain and has also the builder has encroached property form the neighbouring builder and that a case has been going on for 2 years.He has also constructed pillars on the compound wall so that the landlord can construct a shop on a small area which actually belongs to the apartment.Now he is planning to leave the apartment without completing the building. He has cheated us in all ways.I would suggest prospective buyers to stay away from them.

Purchased 2BHK in Riviera and occupied in Dec'16.
Form day one faced problems in electrical connections, bathroom leakages, seepage, painting etc.
After giving life ending threat, They attended few things and committing to do the balance in one week but 12 such weeks have passed.
Water quality is non-drinkable. Two days back allotted garages and the process was not rational as expressed by many owners.

Careful before booking .

Guys I brought flat in Amaze on December 2014, Po-cession was promised on June 2016.. Now its March 2018, I still have not got the flat.. This project is not under RERA too.. I wonder how the managed to by pass RERA.

If any one could help me get out of this, it will be great.

People already booked, could we put up our hands together and file a case against this builders, atleast others would not get cheated further!!

Kind suggestion please dont put money on MAHAVEER

I regret for buying flat in one of the project with Reddy Structures Pvt. Ltd. (Mahaveer Group) in Bangalore North and the Quality of their product is even more cheaper than their cost. Many complaints and request has been made with working team to Management to address the issues (Seapage, leakage, poor electrical lines, fungus, cracks tiles & walls etc.)... they have least bothered and neglecting. I suggest to think over twice and check the quality & services before buying any flat from this builder.

I had observed many projects, all the project works are delayed and they never handover on time, even if they are rera approval and they apply for extension.

I want others to put some comment on there property documents.

Which is your project that got delayed do you have other Mahaveer project which got delayed. Because am planning to buy one.
