[Resolved]  Rediff.com — Unsolicited and Sensitive information leakage from rediffmail user

Hi,
I am a student of BTech currently studying in kanpur. I would like to register a complaint against the electronic mail service provided by Rediff.com. A fake user by the following email id <[protected]@rediffmail.com> has hacked email account of my friend and is now sending sensitive and personal information of my friend to all the students of out batch. He has already sent two emails hurting the dignity and respect of my friend. I would like to request that first this particular email id should be blocked and the particulars of the holder of the email id and other associated information to be provided to us so that we can find out the person behind this scam. We suspect the person to be one of our batchmate only but in order to identify him we need proofs and more information. The IP from which the mail is being sent is 117.199.164.249 and the server is itself located in kanpur.
