[Resolved] Rediff Shopping, Aramex — non delivery of product. | |
I had ordered an i pod through rediff shopping. and had payed amount of 6675 rs through cheque. The product wasnt dispatched on time and when repeated telephone calls were made they asked us to send the bank clearance details. After sending it almost after one month they claimed to send the product through aramex india courier. when the packaged was delivered ,to my great surprise there was no product in it. only its casing was present. When contacted the courier company there was no response and we came to know that the delivery boy had kept the item with him for 1 1/2 days in his house. When contacted both the parties are refusing to accept their faults. Now neither the product or money is given back. I being a student have saved up the moeny for a whole year for this , why should I be penalised?? Was this information helpful? | |
