Sir,

This is to inform you that I had placed an order (#6589668) online on 04-aug-2011 at Rediff Shopping. Payment also made through net banking. Payment also cleared.

The material would be dispatched from GenX Trading, JAY SHREERAM PLOT NO-20 SECTOR-2 NEAR CHARKOP POLICE STATION OPPOCITE BMC SCHOOL CHARKOP KANDIVALI WEST, MUMBAI 400067.
But the same yet not dispatched. As per order, the same should be delivered by[protected]

I had contacted GenX Trading @ [protected] / [protected] regarding the same. But, I had not received any satisfactory answer.

Request you to take currect action against GenX Trading and Rediff Shopping

material yet not dispatched. I want refund of Rs.349/- by EOD today. And I am claiming for Rs.50000/- as compensation from GenX Trading and Rediff Shopping by 12th of August'2011

I want free replacement along with compensation for Rs.5000/- by next 2 days OR refund of Rs.349/- and compensation for Rs.5000/- by next 2 days

requisting Consumer Court to take correct acction against GenX Trading and Rediff Shopping
order no. 6725663 is approved. The vendor has processed the order for dispatch & the courier details will be sent to you by email.

Rediff Shopping had refunded for Rs.349/-

But, I did not received anything regarding compensation for Rs.15000/- from GenX Trading and Rediff Shopping.

Dear All,

I ordered 1Binocular from Rediff Shopping via order No.7042333 and got it delivered by GenX Trading within 4 days.
The Binocular is totally defective, fixed with help of FeviQuick and is the worst quality we have seen ever.
It's useless and shame to say that it is a Binocular. Not even a child will like to play with this.

I felt hell and am embarrassed after receiving the defective item. So, I couldn't gift it to my Child.

I personally praying god that such embarrassing situation should not come even to my enemy.

I also have experience with such other websites and the customer service provided by Rediff Shopping is worst I have experienced ever.

However it is just a matter of Rs.389/- but I got totally deceived and lost the faith on Rediff Shopping.

Please avoid placing order on Rediff Shopping if you want to buy anything online.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED AFTER TWO WEEKS

I ordered one electronic toy on two weeks back, the payment done at the same time, but still, after two weeks i didn o get what i ordered. i tried to contact rediff customer care but nobody is ready to respond.
