This is Manoj Kumar and a month ago I was looking for a Tabblet PC if available online and I found there is “7 Inch Google Android 4GB Tablet Netbook PC Mid” displayed/demonstrate on web page “http://shopping.rediff.com/product/7-inch-google-android-4gb-tablet-netbook-p...⇄ by rediff. Anyone can see the advertisent. I use rediff’s toll free No ‘[protected]”to confirm
The Dongle with it. Executive on the other side confirm that there is Dongle free with this product and assure me almost 3 times to buy this also I got special call from [protected] and a rediff executive assure me to but this. At last I order this and consequently I got I through TNT cash on delivery. I am attaching the shipment page which can clear the date of approval and many more things as well. But when I opened this packet I did not found any DONGLE inside the box.
Now I received this product on 14/07/2012 at evening and since than I am trying [protected](Phone no + Fax No 4 times displayed on the Page) to contact vender Virani Collection to register my complain. But no one is picking up the phone also I mail on [protected]@gmail.com displayed twice on the same page, but I found no reply. GOD knows if these are fake. After than I tried rediff toll free no to register my complain but no one is picking up my call on complain extension. When I call to enquire of shopping I start complying about all these then he (rediff executive ) advise me to mail my complain on [protected]@rediff.co .in and after than I complained so many time through the same procedure but still I found again and again the same AUTO generated mail through which they are doing just passing time.
Please anyone tell me how can I find my claim.
I want to register case against this miss selling and wants that court order them to provide what they have advertised.

It has been almost one weeks and I am unable to open my Rediffmail account. It always returns an message that 'Our servers are temporarily facing problems, try after sometime'. Since three weeks I am facing this problem. As well there is no contact / phone or email where we can raise this issue with rediff. I did try using there feedback system, but no response for that as well.
I expect a quick resolution from rediff and get the email access resolved ASAP.

From the last two years i can't able to login into my rediffmail account. It's coming that maximum number of your trails is exhausted. It is very important mail ID for me. kindly take any action for the recovery of my password.

we placed order with Rediff.com (online shopping) on Indiamela.com for supply of 4 no 16 GB pendrive. but we received only one No in place of 4 no. upon contacting Rediff with four mails we get only auto generated reciepts but no action. the vendors indiamela.com Phone no Mr. Chethan is not neither attending the calls nor replayed mails. for last 20 days we have posted 5 mails but no response. THIS is OPEN CHEATING and FRAUD.

I have purchased 1 (one) mobile bearing model LG ARENA KM900 8GB WIFI 3G 3D INTERFACE MOBILE costing Rs. 5499/= through online rediffmail shopping vide their order No. 6955677 dated 07/03/2012. On receipt of the mobile set it was found a old one and defective as well. After that i communicated the matter telephonically as well as by sending mail to rediffmail shopping. In reply they have suggested me to send back the article so that new one can be issued. Accordingly i have sent the article through DTDC courier at my own cost (Rs.270/-) and the POD copy also was sent through mail and they have sent the acknowledgement through mail on 27/03/2012. After several correspondances made in this regard they have intimated me through mail on 26/04/2012 about the refund of the cost of the mobile. On 12/06/2012 they havesent me a mail for the last time that they would dispatch the pay order within 4-5 working days. But till date i have not received the refund. Inspite of repeated communication (mail) made from my end they did not respond which is very unfortunate. If such incident happens no one will come forward for online shopping. I like to request your favourable consideration to take necessary steps so that i can get the refund .

My name is Babu Paul, a non resident Indian from USA. I have ordered 2 toys from Rediff.com/shopping with order no 7169399 on 8th June 2012 worth RS4957 incl shipping charge. These products were supposed to delver on Jun 21st 2012. I received one toy (Kids Laptop) on 18th June 2012, but the second one (Battery Operated children ride on bike from EZDEALS) is not yet delivered. In their website the order status showing awaiting despatch with a Blue Dart courier consignment number. but in Blue dart site i cannot find any tracking information for this consignment number. I contacted the rediff.com customer care several times, but they didn't give me a proper response, even I asked to cancel the order but they didn't responded to my request.

The amount for the order has been deducted on the same day i raised the order from my credit card. So I request you to take necessary action against the concerned authorities to get back my amount / the ordered item.

I could not able to track the Item with the info that you provided - in my case the Consignment/Airway No.[protected]. Also please find the reply note (forwarded note) from the TNT support team. They are seeking a 'Handover sheet". I have no Idea what's that. How do I get the "scan copy of Handover sheet" ? Could you help me with that. Also it would be very nice If I can able to track the shipment process (stage by stage).

I had ordered for an weighing scale through Rediff online shoppe worth INR 600. It was delivered through Blue dart, the payment was done priorly. The product delivered was broken, when we contacted the rediff sales personnel, they asked us to return the product through courier for which we had pay INR 200. Now these guys promised to deliver workable product in 7-10 days. Its been a month now, but no avail... There is no response.

"We spent INR 800 for nothing..."
Its not the money I'm worried about, Its how one can get cheated.
Please do not buy things through rediff. They are pathetic.

I ordered a salwar suit worth INR 3038 on may 14th and paid through credit card.I recieved order no as 7112887 . On contacting after 15 days of waiting i havn't still not recieved a response to my query.Their customer care response is very poor.There hasnt been any response to my mails or to my calls.They inform that they have filed a complaint on their late delivery but still not i havnt recived any response from them.I would like to wither recieve my order as soon as possible or like to cancel my order with cash back facility.

Please find the below mail which i have attached after i ordered Emergency light from rediffshopping ,this is the last mail which i got , after this i called 5-6 times to tell them i am fed with them i want refund , they are tettling they have to create a Refund order to the Vendor then only i can send the material back whenever i called the Rediff shopping custimer CAre they are telling within 24 hrs we will send the mail order for refund after which they will not bother to send the any mail , and also tried to call the vendor Ojjas enterprises on the mobile and the LAN line they are not yet all responding they are all cheaters and want to play with the customer emotion by giving the big big ADD , Dont try to buy any thing from Rediff shopping and also Ojjas enterprises which is very very bad in service you will not get a chance to check the material which they have delivered you can tell directly its a faulty item , All this return policy all those things are bogusss s, So Please dont try to buy anything from them .

They are the Big cheaters and dont know how to behave with the Customers :) Please help me to get back the Money . I have sent the mail ,same day after i received the material , The quality of the material is very very Bad not in usable condition itself .

I ordered a Mobile (LG VIEWTY SMART-GC900) from Rediff shopping on 29th April 2012 which is to be delivered to me in 5-7 days. Its been more than 10days the order is still not shipped to me by the seller(Mr. Chetan Gupta, Indimela Online Trade, [protected]@indimela.com). I tried contacting the seller as well as rediff in this regard by mail many times. But every time they mail me back that 'please wait for a day n we'll get back to you' but they never mail back. I even tried calling the seller on his mobile no. ([protected]) but he never receives the call except for once when he asked me for my order no.(which is 7080362) & said that he'll mail me the details in 10mins. After which neither he received my call nor he sent that mail.

I really need to buy a phone as I've borrowed my friend's mobile. So either rediff REFUND MY MONEY back or deliver me the new phone as soon as possible.

I had ordered christion Dior Poison perfume from rediff shopping (order no 7068536) on 23rd of april 2012, still the product is not delivered. I had asked for a refund from rediff shopping but there is no action from these guys. Its very disheartening to see such behavior from an organisation like Rediff.

Today i have receivd set of 2 nos. of MOSQUITO KILLER CUM NIGHT LAMP through courier from Rediff Shopping. My order no. is 7083924. I have tried this product by plugging in. But mosquitos are flying at ease in the same room where it is plugged in. IT IS BASICALLY A NIGHT LAMP WITH BLUE LIGHT costing Rs 349/-(including shipping charge of Rs 50/-). I doubt, wheather it has got any effect on other insects or not. Bcause, not a single mosquito is getting attracted by the blue light and killed. This way, Rediff Shopping is cheating their valued customers by putting attaractive ads in the website. So, I REQUIEST ALL THE REDIFF SHOPPING CUSTOMERS, THAT BE CAREFUL BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM REDIFF SHOPPING. THEY ARE BLUFFING IN THE WEB SITE AND TAKING MONEY FROM YOU WTHOUT DELIVERYING PROPER PRODUCT AS MENTIONED IN THE AD. I THINK, NO ONE SHOULD PURCHASE THIS BOGUS MOSQUITO KILLER. I have placed an online order No. 17869844 for used Samsung Corby Speed CDMA Mobile Phone with Rediff.com on 22.04.2012, delivery of which made on 25.04.2012. I felt displeasure about online purchase of mobile because Company (Rediff) cheated with me by providing a defective mobile of Rs.3800/- plus shipping charges of Rs.100/-. The mobile is useless for me and thus, i wasted my Rs.3800/-
I request the company to take back the said delivery and refund me payment otherwise i will knock out the door of Court.
