[Resolved]  Reebok India — Defect in Shoes

the sole came out wirhin a few days o[censored]sage

need an immediate replacement for the shoes

the quality of the trusted company is going down day by day

i bought a pair of iverson 9 2.0 pumps and found few defects in it like-
the pumps dont work many times
the sole in very slippery and does not have a good grip (fell many times due to this)
and a few more
due to this i gave the shoes back to rbk outlet to get them fixed ( i gave them back within the warranty period)
they took the shoes and now when i called the outlet they say that the shoe had defects and could not be fixed and i would also not get a new shoe (iverson 9)
which i was told i would get if something tike this happened
and now when i call no one pickes up the phone
i have bought a lot of shoes from rbk and i really like the iverson range and dont want to stop buying shoes from rbk due to this reason so i would apriciate if this was delt with

COMPLAINTS AGAIN EDUCATIONAL SCHOOL.

R.B.K SCHOOL (SR. RAMABAI KANAKIYA SCHOOL) PH NO.[protected] THIS SCHOOL IS SITUATED IN MUMBAI (BHAYENDAR MIRA ROAD}.AS OUR INDIA IS DOING PROGRESS DAY BY DAY BUT BECAUSE OF FEW SCHOOL IN INDIA WE ARE LACKING BEHIND.THIS SCHOOL IS ONE OF THE FAMOUS SCHOOL IN BHAYENDER MIRA ROAD(MUMBAI). ABOVE SCHOOL IS NOT EXCEPTING THE ADVANCE FEES OF SCHOOL DUE TO LATE OF ONE DAY THE LAST DATE OF PROCESSING SCHOOL FEES WAS ON 10TH FEB.2009 I REACH AT 11TH FEB.2009 DUE TO DEATH OF MY MOTHER. FROM 11TH FEB.2009 I M TRYING AND REQUESTING TO TAKE THE FEES, OTHERWISE MY SON WILL BE OUT OF THE SCHOOL FOR THE ASSESMENT YEAR[protected].MY SON IS STUYDING IN SR.KG, DIVISION {E}.THE SUB SECTIONAL AREA EDUCATION DEPARTMENT ALSO NOT RESPONDING TO MY COMPLAINT.
I HOPE THROUGH THIS WEBSITE I CAN PLACE MY COMPLAINTS IN FRONT OF MEDIA. DEMOCRATIC AND UPCOMING INDIA IS LACKING BEHIND DUE TO SOME OF THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUES AS I ABOVE MENTION SCHOOL.

I bought Reebok Shoes on Date 27/03/2010 of price 1499.00 rs

It is not being one monh even , and its soul starts to come out. and the front black tag...

I paid almost 1500rs for shoes,,,i expect them to atleast be fine for six months.. Am very shocked from such quality of Reebok. I try to contact them but they have not provided any email address..

I have purchased one pair of shoe from Reebok showroom S S WATCH HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED, A3/1 MAIN ROAD, PASCHIM VIHAR, JAWALA HERI, NEW DELHI, India. Cash memo no. 88 dated 06/04/10 SKU Code No. R100091 size 12 cost 2690/- after discount 1345/. But after wearing it for a day cracks occurred on the sole and it started wearing out. I contacted the showroom & return the shoe for replacement/ repair on 11/04/10 & on that very particular day Mr. Saurabh Dutta ( Showroom Manager) told me that there has been complaints regarding this model with the same problem earlier also. When I again contacted the showroom, they told me that this shoe shall not be replaceable/repairable. I was also told that this is SECONDS SALE but it is written nowhere in the showroom, they have simply written FLAT 50% off. When I asked for the letter in which company mentioned that this defects is not entertained. They have not shown me the letter but also started misbehaving with me. The shoe is laying at showroom.
Now I am requested kindly help me for the replacement of defective shoes/ or get it repaired at the earliest.

i was brought a reebok shoes in jas apparels & footwears pvt ltd bhubaneswar on dated 20/03/10. but after 3 days that shoes was completly crackezed. so then i was going to show room & asked what they do ? but right now they do not intersted to give communication with me . what am i doing ?my purchase bill no is-13742 date-20/03/10.

Reebok — Defect in shoe

I bought 5 pair of shoes from reebok around 8 months back and i realise problem in 3 pair of shoes in january starting and i get gurgaon signature tower corporate office in may starting and there Amit Lumiya who used to check quality and he approved 1 pair of shoes and rest 2 he told me to meet Sachin in ghaziabad and i left my all three pair at sachins store at ansal plaza store and then sachin make a habbit of not picking up my phone than i get Sudhansu no and rajat bhatia no and they told me to get it exchange from there and on 18th MAY 2010 sachin replace my 1 pair of shoes and take 1 day time to check rest 2 shoes after which on very next day when i called him up he refuse to change that and reason being from his end that shoes are not having defct they are wear and tear .
But shoes are ok from its top but their soal are cracking from bottom and they have not used so much.
kindly do some thing on that

i bought a pair of Reebok Shoes product No R714104 last month CSD Canteen of Officers training Academy, however once i wore them for the first time the tip of the shoe came out. its defective and needs to be replaced. please tell me where and whom should i contact since i have not purchased them from a vendor.
