Dear Sir, I booked the above products in the month of February,2009.I had Made apayment of Rs.1699/ to India Today book club with my Credit card.But despite of several remainder they are not sending my bboked items My booking reference no. is [protected].I contacted National Consumer Helpline and my complaint No. 209761.National Consumer helpline advised me to write to Manager Customer Services India Today Book Club.I wrote accordingly on 24/12/09 and sent the letter by registered post but no reply tii date. Reebok shoes & Benetton Watch — Payment made-goods not received

Sir,
On 3.3.2009 I had ordered thru phone for your offer for Reebok shoes&benetton watch @ rs.1699/-.
The order no. is OGA[protected].Though I was assured that the product will be sent in 15 days I have not
received it even after 2 months.The payment was made immediately thru credir card.Kindly inform about
the status of my order and also make arrangements to send the same immediately.

Reebok Shoes and Benetton watch — Not delivered since Feb 09

I have purchased online a offer from irctcpromotions of reebok shoes and a benetton watch on27 feb 09 amounting to Rs.1699/- through ICICI bank credit card.
But still i have not received the consignment PL DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP.
