dear sir, I have purchse the REEBOK WRIST WATCH from the HS 18 & after few days I find that my watch is not working......... I complain many times for this problem but I didn't get any type of response from the company.I hope that you take strict actttion against this after reading this mail......... thankyou! I received defective wrist wach from home shop 18, I Lodged complaint freequantly on phone, but response was not proper from H S 18. My recent complain no. is 2160496, hope H S 18 will give proper response and change the product immediatly without asking any further question, to build their good image.

Home Shop 18 — Ignoring my complaint...no resolution..
IN AUGUST 2009 I BOUGHT AN OLYMPUS CAMERA FROM HOME SHOP 18..AFTER 15 DAYS I GOT 2 KNOW ABOUT SOME TECHNICAL FAULT IN THE PRODUCT.VERY SOON I CONTACTED HS-18 AND I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE CENTER IN INDORE.BUT THERE WAS NO SREVICE CENTER.IN THIS CONDITION I WAS ASKED BY HS-18 TO SEND BACK THE PRODUCT TO THE DISTRIBUTION COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT 15 DAYS BACK..THE DISTRIBUTION COMPANY REFUSES FOR ANY REPLACEMENT COZ OF NO INTIMATION PROVIDE BY D HS-18 TO THE DISTRIBUTOR.TODAY ON 26 OCTOBER MY CALL WAS TRANSFERRED TO A SENIOR NAMED Mr. VIVEK...HE COMMITED ME TO CALL BACK IN THE EVENING...NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME YET.THE COMPANY IS IGNORING MY COMPLAIN..I HOPE SOMEONE HELPS ME OUT SOON..
