Dear Sirs,
I have lodged my complaint on LG toll free number as on 30/10/2012 vide Complaint No: RNA[protected], further to this their Service Engineer Mr. Rajesh was visited my resident as on 01/11/2012 and study the case. according to his instruction we have clicked the photographs of the refrigeratorr and sent all the photographs to their Service Center by e-mail ID '[protected]@gmail.com' as on 02/11/2012. I conform the receipt of the mail with their representative Mr. Jayesh.
Now, while making a call to them they are saying company will take 25days time for study, looking to this critical situation I compelled to purchase another refrigerator which I selected SAMSUNG instead of LG. Because Service wise LG is very POOR, they do not believe in customer satisfaction.
Finally, I want such a help regarding existing burnt freeze.
