[Resolved] Regal Manpower & Marketing Pvt Ltd — Fraud job consultant and give wrong information or receiving money from customers | |||
Respected sir, I m a BCA student.because of my family problems I have search job..I call this company after see advertise in PUDHARI newspaper.He told me on call ( visit OR kUrla office with 200 ID charges, Ur profile as a accountant or supervisor,salary given u around 12000 to 15000 in my company,next day joining)...he told me this is not a consultant it's direct company office production of plastic material..after payment of 200 Aditya told me (u want pay more Rs.1200 for company SECURITY DEPOSIT or OFFER LATER charges..after that payment u can join immediately.)I payed more 1000 for commitment on tomorrow instant joining..after finish payment procedure he get me payment receipt and told me I massage u OR Vashi branch address after evening 5pm..u can call me and join tomorrow 27/07/2012..but 3 days he is not answer my call and cannot any response against visit Aditya office..hes ignore me...i visit again office then he sent me in national consultancy address and tell me ( u will get there Ur offer letter or ID and joining formalities...) i go there And meet 1 lady of staff..he given me other company address..I told her ( what is this yar? He said me for direct joining so why I have going for interviews other company's address..) I m frustrate and leave that office..after I leave office that lady was massage me on my mobile following- ((Hey atul ,its me.abhi jisse apne baat kithi ! vacancy k liye. sorry,lekin muje v yahi commitment di gayi thi.....bt ye sab fake hota he dear...mera naam mat batana aditya ko please nahi to muje mushkil ho jayegi....sorry me off me nahi bata sakti isliye msg kar rahi hun..pls mera naam mat batana..mene v paise bhare the isliye i can understand...sorry once again.ye msg badme delete karna please...pakka na?)) he was paid 2000 something...I discussed on call.. after all payment I check my payment receipt and i m shocked i known there was consultant office..Aditya given me wrong information and give me non refundable amount receipt.that was a 5 Months subscription receipt for job consulting..plz sir help me and action on this company immediately because daily 20 to 30 peoples facing this problem and losing money there... aditay offfer me a accounting job, he said giving work here & salary will be 18000pm. and he take 2100rupee . next day he said go to another dadar branch there is job, he ignoring me, there is no work he just take money frome me ¬ give job. then i ask for refund he is not giving me refund. it is froud co. dont come here. 2 months i am facing this problem .plz sir help me and action on this company immediately because daily 20 to 30 peoples facing this problem and losing money there...

I m a FYJC student.because of my family problems I have search job..I call this company after see advertise in VASHI TIMES newspaper.He told me on call ( visit OR kUrla office with 500 ID charges, Ur profile as a COLLECTION BOY, salary 12000 and per chque 50 rupees in my company, next day joining)...he told me this is not a consultant it's direct company office production of plastic material..after payment of 500 Aditya told me (u want pay more Rs. 2300 for company SECURITY DEPOSIT or OFFER LATER charges..after that payment u can join immediately.)I payed more total 1300 for commitment on tomorrow instant joining..after finish payment procedure he get me payment receipt and told me I massage u OR Cash branch address after evening 5pm..u can call me and join tomorrow 11/03/2013..but 3 days he is not answer my call and cannot any response against visit Aditya office..hes ignore me...i visit again office then he sent me in national consultancy address and tell me ( u will get there Ur offer letter or ID and joining formalities...) he given me other

They are Fraud.They dont receive calls after getting money. I am jobseeker and and register my name on Sulekha.com
Then I get call from regal services and that man told me that i got your name from sulekha.com and there is vacancy in mansarovar
for network engineer come at kurla right now. These is urjent recruitment. Pay 1000 as registration charges and tomorrow you will get call from HR Dept. from ghatkopar and they will tell you venue adress.. I paid them 1000 that day. After that I dont get any call from hr dept and venue adress. Now they are not receiving my calls. These are Fraud peoples. Dont trust on such peoples. Dont pay money to these peoples.
Then I get call from regal services and that man told me that i got your name from sulekha.com and there is vacancy in mansarovar

I am also suffering from the same problem. Since 9 months i am going there for refund of 2700/-, i have paid 3000/- same promice given to me & that fraud guy KARAN AND DINESH PAL & also the whole staff & company is fraud. STILL NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY GOVERNMENT AFTER POSTING THIS COMPLAINT?????
Dear friends, This company is froud. This is Regal manpower and no any relations beetween Regal Electronics Pvt.Ltd. (USA). They have not any jobs. Their main income is ur 3000 Rs.registration and ATM charge. Almost daily 10 peoples r paying this and get chited by them.
If anyone chited by them please register a Complaints in Kurla Police Station and also call me and give me ur complaint copy. I will always help u. My mobile no. is [protected]
