my wife has been applied under tatkal schem (within 7 days) for new passport of our kids as per the computer slip which from your office received it is mentioned it will delivery on 13/3/09 but when i see on your web site it is showing depatch on 27/3/2009.

all these details given to p.r.o and enquiry counters but still t hey are not updating my status still shows enquiry not received though police dept given in writing on their letter head as per p.r.o request no action has been taken i need very urgently sicne my visa arrived 2 months back and details given to office still no action has been taken not letting me see passport officer daily giong waste of time and money no one is helpful there

today have been to public relation officer after 4 hours waiting finally saw him mr garad so unhelpful he entertain agents recommendation empty promises given several times visa documetns police enquriy no so on but of no use not yet updated still their computer shows enquriy not received although no 876 serial 29 dt 14.5.2009 my file no m007823 dt 21.4.2009 syed afroz ahmed what he has against me i dont know giving to others appointment a.p.o but not me several requests were made he says cant give he will do always 10 daya 5 days friday monday nothing is done he colleacts and put in his darawer no action has been taken so far

kindly do something need badly passport otherwise they cancel my visa and appointment i am afraid cant get sutiable job in time of recession jobless since a year only bread earner

nothing is done so far enquiry made 5.5.2009 they submitted 14.5.2009 no 876 serial 29 dt 14.5.2009

daily running around no appointment to a.p.o given their computer shows no enquiry received they are not updating no work is done disappointment i may loose my job which is very essential to support my family waiting for passport almost two months just to extned why so much time sponsor very angry want to cancel my visa who will be responsible for heavy loss

agents work is done direct canddiate no one entertain system should be changed corrupted one
