its almost 4 months we have applied for the passport. we have still not recived the status update.

After applyed for passport within 16 days police verification was completed over at my place Kadapa (dist), . A.P..

After verficatoin was over the status was "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time "

Then upto April the status was like the sam above, then from May onwards the status is "PLESAE FURNISH THE PROOF OF STAY AT GIVEN RESIDENCE ADDRESS FOR THE LAST ONE YEAR SUCH AS PHOTO COPY OF RATION CARD OR MRO CERTIFICATE WITH EXACT PERIOD OF STAY OR COPY OF VOTERS IDENTITY CARD OR BANK PASSBOOK COPY WITH ONE YEAR RUNNING ACCOUNT DULY ATTESTED BY GAZETTED OFFICER WITH HIS NAME SEAL.

I dont know why the status is like this after 7 Months.

I had taken the new Residence Certificate Form MRO And I had send it through post to RPO, Hyderabad In June but the status is same " PLESAE FURNISH THE PROOF OF STAY AT GIVEN RESIDENCE ADDRESS FOR THE LAST ONE YEAR SUCH AS PHOTO COPY OF RATION CARD OR MRO CERTIFICATE WITH EXACT PERIOD OF STAY OR COPY OF VOTERS IDENTITY CARD OR BANK PASSBOOK COPY WITH ONE YEAR RUNNING ACCOUNT DULY ATTESTED BY GAZETTED OFFICER WITH HIS NAME SEAL.

Still this is the 8 month i didnt get my passport, so please take the appropriate action with RPO. HYD. and arrange for issue of pass port as soon as posssible
