[Resolved] Regional Passport Office Hyderabad — Delay in Issuing Passport for Renewal | |
We have applied for passport renewal on 27/06/2008 as the passport was expiring on 31/08/2008 File Reference Number : HYD-F[protected] assuming it will be issued in time as being suggested on the website. The Status of this application on the website still shows "Police Report has not been received" the status has infact not changed for a month now. Whereas, the Policy Enquiry and submission of the report has already done. the details are avaiable on the cyberabad police website File No : F021629 Year Of an Application : 2008 Name : NALLAN CHAKRAVARTHI NAGA KRISHNA PRIYA Father Name : GOMATOM HARANATH BABU Dispatch Reference Number : 263/IP/VC/SB/CYB/2008 Serial Number : 41 Dispatch Reference Date : 23/07/2008 Your Report has been sent to Regional Passport Office (RPO) through above mentioned despatch No. Though it is very transparent to the general public whats happening by using the technology. The passport office even now fails to aknowledge that Police report has been received. It is clear case, that there is a failure in the sytem at RPO. There are hundreds of people circling the RPO Hyderabad everyday because of the failure of the system. 3 Working days for TATKAL thats what the Website boasts, now it is more than 3 months without a clue when its being delivered. i have applied for the renewal of my passport on 13.02.2009 as it is going to expire on 22.02.2009 and the police enquiry has got done approximately after 1month after the date of application and it is being clear of all the queries.., but till now there's no response regarding it...I'm being in much trouble with this extreme delay as all my works are being delayed and postponed...so kindly try to make it issue as soon as possible.
