Regional Passport Office, Secunderabad — delay in issue of passport

This is the complaint against the SPF S.I Sri Mehesh posted at the gate for renewals for his encaragmeent and indulging in this pratice, He also miabehaved with secnior citizan and ladies on 11.4.11 Request for action .Detail report follows, if ack this complaint,

i have applied for passport on[protected], my verification is already done.but the status is showing Application has been transferred to policy section.Please See the PRO .sir i can not undetstand this..please tell me the information. Mentally and physicall i am suffering a lot and i gons to mental agony, cause and negligence of your staff as on today my pass staus is not displayed on web, what is the reasons for not displaying the details partaining to my pass port. seven months has gon allready, i have dout wether i get my pass port during my life time or not please make me know the reason i would be appreciate you.

I have submitted my passport 7 months ago at seethafalmandi e-seva on 29/1/2011 with file no HYDH003149/11. I am still waiting for police verification . so, i request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and also please do inform about my passport status .
