[Resolved] Regional Provident Fund Commisionerate, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand — Non-receipt of Pension

Pension order no. JH/JAM/PENSION/105605 prepared on 28/01/2010 of Sub-Regional Office, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand). Inspite of submission of life certificate on June 05th, 2012, through AXIS BANK,Jamshedpur, the pension amount has not been credited in my bank account since January,2012. Several follow up through the bank has yielded no results.
Pension since January, 2012 till date should be credited to my bank a/c without any further delay.

My PF account No, is JH/13621/325 AND MY NAME IS KISHOR CHANDRA DALAI. PF CONTRIBUTION WAS THERE TILL MARCH 2008 AND AFTER THAT I LEFT THE ORGANIZATION (LAFARGE INDIA PVT LTD). NOW I HAVE APPLIED FOR TRANSFER OF MY PF TO WB/42024/311. I HAVE COME BACK TO SAME ORGANIZATION BUT PF ACCOUNT IS IN WEST BENGAL. TILL LAST YEAR IT WAS SHOWING THE STATUS BUT NOW IT IS SAYING INVALID MEMBER. I AM UNABLE TO SEE THE STATUS OF MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNT JH/13631/325. I am posting this complaint on behalf of my dad Mr Kantilal Premji Joshi who was working with small production unit in adityapur for PepsiCo. My mom and dad are not educated after my dad's retirement when we went to your Mango PF office to withdraw his PF one o[censored]r official asked for Bakshish and in good English we say it Bribe. He also told my dad unless u give money u won't b able to withdraw your PF. Apart from this he also took 2000rs from my dad and when I dad was giving him the money he said don't give it hand to hand. Keep the money in this register. Hence would request you to kindly investigate the above concern.
