Sir, I purchased one pair of casual wear shoes for self on retail price and another pair of casual wear shoes for my wife at 50% discount. After few days when both the pair got dirty and were washed then the ladies pair got discoullered and the gents pair of shoes got it cloth's furr damaged partially. when contaced to the dealer at Palam Colony, I was told that the warranty is only for pasting of soul not for cloth or discoullering of cloth. The dealer's details are as below- Relaxo Footwears Ltd. I purchased one child sandel-KF043 child 34 brown, date[protected] amount- Rs. 349.00 from Relaxo footwears Ltd. shop no-32, 33, Jagat Plaza Market, Greater noida, invoice no.-[protected]. After two days I went to home city and used the sandel. Lower sole of Sadel is breaken. I had used sadel only 4 days. I came back to greater noida date 18.06.09. I complained to the retail shoppe on date- 18.06.09 then he said i will repair it you will contact after 10 days. When i reach there he said again this will not repair please reimburse it. I will give you 25% of bill amount because you are used above 72 days. But I have not received this amount because I want to change my sandel. Please arrange my requirement.Hope you will reponse as soon as possible. Thanking you.
