[Resolved]  Relaxo Sparx — complain about your product

sir/mam
i purchased sparx shoes SM-09 grey/NI blue 9/! , invoice no.-[protected] on 19th feburary 2010 from your relaxo outlet in Ashok vihar central market delhi-52.
since the date of purchase i have been facing a major problen in ur shoes .the ankle of the shoes comes out again & again.Five times ur retailer had got it pasted but its still came out after sometime.Last time my shoes were sent to ur factory for pasting and the same problem occured again this time.Ur retailer asked me to go to ur office at shahzada bagh delhi. I rang up Mr Ahuja(Claim manager) and he told me again to send it to the factory for pasting.please let me know how many times i should get it pasted it has already been pasted five times.when i requested him to replace it he is not ready to listen to me and instead he is saying that its a rule of the company that they cannot change it as it is out of gurantee period or otherwise buy a new one at 20% discount.the retailer doesn't informed about gurantee period though problem accoured within guraantee period 2 times he tried to solve it at his own sources (i.e. from outside source).Then Also they are saying gurantee period is finished .
All the members of my family are wearing sparx shoes thats why i purchased it but to my misfortune I Am highly dissapointed with the response i am getting from ur claim manager .this incident will not allow me to buy any footwear from ur company.Please acknowlege my request and look into the matter.It will be a great favour to me.

i am really annoyed and want to get it changed as soon as possible
I had a lady slipper, which is immediately got damage, , paint was removing on the slipper and kalka ji relaxo store manager was not accepting this, this is ridiculous, , we believed on brands but it happens again n again, , my money was lost, , , , , too bad experience with Relaxo.

I have complain related to sparks product
I purchased it just before 12 days today and
sole came out from top
I visited your store 3 times but they said we will not replace it
I purchased it just because of i want comfort but i am not satisfied from your product
My expectation is
I want my sandals replaced soon as possible
I do not want service at all
I want to replace sandals
If you did not
I will write open letter to all my relative and friends
not to use any of your products
