[Resolved] Relaxo Sparx — poor product | |||
i have purchased one pair (Sparks) of Relaxo Footwear, and as per their compensation policy, if product is damaged within 15 days, then they will give 100% compensation. the product which i have purchased having the problem, that rubber of that product was detached from the sole, and even the pattern on the rubber was also disappear. i had talked with the retailer, and he had gone for only repairing, but i was not satisfied with that, so again i had call back to him, so he replied that just mail us about that complaint with the photographs of damaged product. then i did same, and it was about more than a week, they dint give me a any single response for that. i was regular customer of this product since last five years, but this time, they cheat me.... they are not responsible person.....
