[Resolved]  Reliance 3.1Mbps USB Modem — Unused Bill

I have purchased Reliance 3.1Mbps USB Modem in May 2009. Tariff is 499/- 10GB. As per this plan night 10pm to 6am is free upto 10GB. From May to November I have getting lot o[censored]nused bills. As per this plan my bill should be with in Rs. 700/- but every month i have getting more than Rs. 1500/- bill. As per their bill they are telling I am using this data card in day time also. But from 8.30am onwards I am sitting at my office and I will be reaching at my home by 10.30pm. Every month I have to call their customer care and ask them to reverse the amount. When next bill comes around 1000 Rs is reversed. but the thing is i have to make my previous bill payment and after one moth they are reversing this amount. The same thing is happening for the last 7 months. With in this 7 months I have visited almost all Reliance offices including their head office in Nungampakkam. but of no use. They never took any initiative to solve this problem. What I am wondering is assuming if 1 lakh customers are facing this same problem around 10Crs they are collecting from the customers and they are using this fund for another one month. If we put 3% interest on that around 30Lakhs they are making from that. Simply they are making money by cheating public. Please don't buy any products from Reliance.
