I have purchased Reliance 3.1Mbps USB Modem in September 2009. Tariff is 499/- 10GB. As per this plan night 10pm to 6am is free upto 10GB. From October to december I have getting lot o[censored]nused bills of Rs 880 to 990. When I enquired about the amunt they told me that it is 950 plan in fact I have never asked about this plan form them form the date of purchase in the month of November 2nd I went to R WORLD in MG Road in Bangalore...
