[Resolved] Reliance 3G — Very poor speed | |||
I am using Reliance Gsm prepaid connection since last three months, and using its 3G plan since last 2 Months. it was working fine with good speed in the first month but when I upgraded my plan in the second month from Rs. 97 to 255 I am getting a speed of 2-3 kbps only. I called several times to room customer care. Visited reliance gallery too. Everytime I call they say there is some network issue n will get resolved in next 2-3 hours, but since last 28 days situation is same.. I asked them for refund of 255 as I have not received the promised services but they denied it upfront.. my email id: [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance 3G — Poor service and bad product
I have purchased a relince 3g stic with internet speed as 7.2 Mbps. I was never ever able to get speed in Mbps. Now its speed become so poor that it acess internet in kbps only. I have complaint to relince customer care and other offices about it. But they are not listinging. So frustrated with relince services.
