Dear Sir/Madam,
I had bought a new card of airtel on saturday,i had called to your call center and spoken to surendra he was so rude and told me that i have to call after 48hrs and don`t call to waste our time,now also i had spoken to someone he was also helpless he told me that i have to consult with our retailor from where i bought the card it is so far from here and i m unable to visit there..
May i pls request all of you to take an action against Surendra and activate my outgoing calls immediately,waiting for your positicve reply immediately..
