Sir my reliance big tv smart card no[protected] hai. sir maine 27 june 10 ko 230 ka recharg karaya. usi din big tv me poor signal problem aa gai . costomer care par baat karane par signal problem ko enginear se sahi karvane ke liye 175 rs a/c se kat liye. sir 27 june ko complient note karai to 48 hours ka time diya gaya. 27 june se ab tak 10 bar complent note kara chuka hoon par koi sunane vala nahi hai . sir mere upar company ne 148 rs over due aur kar diye. aur kahrahe aap 375 ka recharg karaiye tab aapki compleint suni jayegi . sir mai to recharge kara loo par jab tak signal problem compleint ok nahi hogi tab tak mai tv ko dekh nahi sakta hoon . over due 148 rs kar diye iski bhi compleint kar di hai par par is par bhi action nahi hua . sir meri signal problem ki compleint sahi karane ki kripa kare . BIG TV — bad signal
i have big tv since last 4-5 months.after shifting my home in amritsar i have been going through bad/weak signal.the customer care no is never available.after every 2 weeks i have to call a person to fix it from the big tv customer care.i am now tired of calling to the customer care each time and the number is always busy. I m very Fadeup of your customer care depatment.Mycomplain is POOR SINGLE last one month but nobody resolve my complain.your customer care executive misgaided every time.Kindly improve your qty of manpower.still i face same problem.
i am jasdep singh from punjab.i recharge bigtv account 20/sep/09.my start bigtv service 8 hour some channels poor signal.
