Hi we have been using Reliance BIG TV connection for sometime now.. and for the past 45 days we couldn't hear any Audio form the System.. We raised a complaint 40 days back and the response from the customer care is we are processing and the technician will be reaching u in the coming 48.. I wonder Reliance is sending technician from Mars that's why he couldn't reach us in 40 days time... Very Poor Service .. Having invested for installation and for the equipment dono wat to do..
