Reliance Big Tv — Recharge problems no action taken since 1 week
I recharged my BigTV account on 25th Feb 2010 for 1600/-. The amount is deducted from my bank balance but its not reflected in my BigTV account. I have registered many complaints with all the needed information, even the snapshot of the "Successful transaction" from my online bank service.
everytime I call they take a new complaint saying that the old complaint is closed. Now they hav cut my services saying I have not recharged on time. We are not able to watch TV for the past 2 days and I dont know what to do.
It is causing a lot of trouble for me. And there is no proper communication from the customer care people.
Please help me
