one of yours sales person came and told us about the schemes and that we will be getting 2 month free recharge and we do not get so, in addition to that we had to pay for the recharge and that company asked us to pay for the recharge very frequently and that to before time, they said to pay in advanced for five months and we got only fifteen days. one of our tv need a conveter to connect to a dth box they us that they brougth by themselves they brougth a converter which cost maximum Rs100 they sold us at Rs200 Was this information helpful? | |||

MY NAME IS BHAVNA GUPTA I BOUGHT A INTERNET USB MODEM CONNECTION FROM RELIANCE AND MY USAGE IS VERY LOW BUT THE COMPANY CHARGED APPROXIMATE 1800 RUPEES PER MONTH.I HAVE CHANGED MY PLAN ALSO.BUT THEY GENERATE THE SAME BILL .
