I PAID Rs 1490/- BY CHEQUE TOWARDS RELIANCE BIG TV DTH CONNECTION (GOLD PACK WITH 03 MONTHS FREE SUBSCRIPTION) VIDE CHEQUE NO 387632 IN THE NAME OF APPCO MKTG (I) P LTD ON 02 Jan 11 TO THE REP OF 'APPCO GROUP INDIA Mr. SARAT KUMAR SETHI (CNBT[protected]. DISH INSTALLED ON 08 JAN 11 BUT CHENNAL'S ACTIVATION NOT DONE TILL DATE, EVEN I MADE MANY REMINDERS TELEPHONICALLY ( though it was promised that within 04 Hrs of installation, chennals would be activated).
