[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — DVR not working

I have been using Reliance HD DVR for over a year. A few days ago, it suddenly stopped recording. The set top box works fine but it doesn't record or show the hard drive content.

The message that I get when I try to record or try to view 'My content' is - "The hard disk is currently not available. Please try again later."

I have been getting this message for over a week. I called cust-care. They say they can replace the set-top box with another HD (but NON DVR) one. I don't want that. I want DVR to work. The cust-care also said that the company has halted the production of DVR set-top boxes.

Please clarify.

dvr — DVR NOT WORKING

I have been complaining against DVR that it has not been working properly for last two months. But the DVR has not been changed till date. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
