My Smart Card No[protected] I have Purchase a Reliance Big Tv connection on Dec 7th 2009,with 3 months free gold pack, it was over on march 7th . on 9th march i have been to web world for 12 months recharge of silver pack,they ask me to recharge for Rs 1985/- i have recharge for Rs 2000/- Immediateley i got the message on screen that there is still low balance of Rs 6/- Plz recharge for Rs 10/- Again i have been to WEB WORLD And purchase the card of Rs 10/- when i start for recharge, igot the message immediately SORRY WE COULD PROCESS YOUR REQUEST NOW. My Rs 10/- No is[protected] with Serial No [protected]. i made a severl complain Re This from Dt 12.03.2010 to 01.04.2010 and still it has not been activated . maine 13/10/2008 se big tv liya hai. maine 02/01/2010 maine recharz 350 ka kiya tha tabi unke c.c se muje batya hai ki aap ko platinum pack nahi milega maine usi din aur 25/- rs, ka recharz kiya tab muje diya tabhi uhnone muje marathi ragional 5/- rs main sab chhanel dikhenge aase bataya abhi mujse ye jada charge le rahe he 350 /- platinum pack nahi milega 25/- karke total 375/- rs hota hai platinum 353+33marathi pack toatal hoti hai 388 /- hone ke bad muje 33/- marathi pack kase diya ye hamse sirf paisa le rahe hai inke custumer care main inka softwer hamesa kharab kota hai aur hum bad main ph karo bata te hai. har aadmi alag jawab deta hai. aur tax bhi jada lete hai Reliance Big TV - online Recharge
horrible experience, I have given up. Have they appointed touts for recharging also.

Reliance Big TV — BIG TV Recharge
I had recharged Rs 2000 on my DTH user ID:[protected] through direct net banking facility on 20 Oct 09, so far my account is not updated & I am unable to view the channels.I have contacted the customer care 5 times so far & there has been no solutions yet to my issue. Further to get in touch with a customer care personnel for logging a complain, it takes nearly half an hour. Having contacted 5 times so far regarding the issue, only twice I was given with a complaint No. which are[protected] &[protected]. The services provided by BIG TV are the worst. I hope some seriously looks into the customer issues & provide a better service.
