Reliance Big Tv — Service suspension

Hi,

We were paying Rs 298 from February 2011 towards our TV service with Reliance Big Tv. On 13th of August they have suspended our service telling that we need to Rs 460 toward the add on plans for English movie channels and for sports channels, were in these plans are a part of our South Gold pack of Rs296 with 182 channels. I have the online bill for last 7 months. In the past 7 months they have never suspended the service and now they are asking us to pay extra for the channels which are already included in our package to restore our service. What should I do? Why should I pay extra for add on channels which is included in our package? So kindle please help in resolving this issue. Reliance customer service is not helping at all.
