[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband+ — Frequent disconnection while browsing

My Data card no [protected] , for the last 15 days I am facing frquent disconnection of internet while browsing. Registered a complaint 15 days before, After making a complaint I vist nearest relaiance showroom , but no solution . after many follow up 7 days after one service visited my home but find no solution, simply blamed some virous in my PC. I formated the PC and installed once again. but the same problem is repeating. AS IT IS AFFECTING MY BUSINESS , NOW I AM PLANNING TO MYGRATE TO PHOTON+ please advise. I paind Rs.3450 for the data card. only 4 months over.

i have filed case against Reliance

The procedure for filing a complaint is very simple. It can be made on a piece of paper with the necessary particulars.

There is no fee for filing a complaint before the District Forum, the State Commission or the National Commission. (A stamp paper is also not required). There should be 3 to 5 copies of the complaint on plain paper

The complainant or his authorized agent can present the complaint in person
The complaint can be sent by post to the appropriate Forum / Commission
A complaint should contain the following information:-

(a) the name, description and the address of the complainant
(b) the name, description and address of the opposite party or parties, as the case may be, as far as they can be ascertained
(c) The facts relating to complaint and when and where it arose
(d) Documents, if any, in support of the allegations contained in the complaint
(e) The relief which the complainant is seeking
The complaint should be signed by the complainant or his authorized agent
The complaint is to be filed within two years from the date on which cause of action has arisen

This complaint petition is being filed on behalf of Mr. XXX, referred hereafter as Complainant, and is as follows:
1.0 That this complaint Petition is being filed under Sec.
2 (1)(b)(i) of the Consumer Protection Act.
2.0 That the opposite party is a Reliance Net Connect, engaged in the business of
Internet Service provider.
(Narration of the incident)
This is complaining about the Reliance NetConnect not working. I have purchased Reliance Net connect Broadband+ connection on two month back However after few days o[censored]sage I found that I am not getting proper speed.

They claim that the speed we will get that up to 256 KBPS, So I bought their equipment with Rs.1200/-, After using for 3-4 days I found that I was not getting adequate speed.
The average speed currently I am getting 0.0 to 0.0 Mbps and not able to open any web page.
Issue:
My Net Connect is stop working since 16 September while I connect it will give me speed down load 0 and Upload 0
I put a complaint to customer care of Reliance net connect,
I have called many time to reliance and got response till November 2011 problem wont resolve and I have to wait till November 2011 and pay my bill continues while I am not using it
I have asked reliance that I don't want to use their service and I want my money back by returning the Equipment (That costs Rs.1200/-) but they told me 1200 is not refundable, now it’s your device you can keep with you.
