No speed on Net Connect for one week

I'm Vishnu Nair from Ernakulam. My data card number is [protected]. I am experiencing very low speed on the net card for last one week. the problem started by midnight October 5th, 2015. I called the customer care the next day and they said that the issue will be resolved by next day 11pm, then they said it will take another 24 hours and i raised a complaint on wednesday midnight. the complaint number is[protected] and they said i will be getting a call back from the customer service the next day after resolving the issue.
There was no calls received and no change to the situation. I called again on thursday and friday. The answers were always the same. They will verify the data card number, my name, email and all and ask, "Sir, what is the problem". Seriously, ..? This is the worst experience i have ever had. On Saturday evening they said that the issue will be resolved by 11pm and they will call me by 9am Sunday.
Today is monday, no calls yet from Reliance, I'm still not getting speed. I called them again today and had to start over again. At last, they said it will take 3 business days to get this resolved and best part, they dont know what is the reason why the speed is very low. Its been one week and they dont even know what is the issue. Ridiculous.
I'm working online and my pay is around 1500 to 2000 rupees per day. Its been 1 week that I have worked and there is a lot of work pending. Because of this network issue, I can login to my work and as of today its day 6 which means around 12000 rupees loss.
When they dont even hesitate to charge 100 rupees the next moment we skip the bill payment, why are they not even caring to take action on the complaint we customers give them..? Please help me and I need to get this resolved ASAP, if possible today itself.
