Reliance Broadband — connection still on my name | |
I took a broadband connection three months back and during my first login I was not able to connect it and because of this poor band width I cancelled my connection same day by registering the complaint and request in customer care of reliance. But till date I am getting bill having minimum cahrges and late payment penalty for subject connection and today I came to know that they have discontinued my service. Today during my absence they sent somebody in my house for getting a sign on a form for cutting the connection. Please take action at this type of cheatings. Reliance Broadband — Customercare are not sending technician
From last 3 days I complained to reliance customer care thay told me to solve my complain in 1 hour but still now they are not able to solve my complain. Even they are not sending any technician to our office...I think Reliance should close thair customer care service.
