[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Frequent Disconnection | |
I am a customer or Reliance Broadband Connection.. I am facing frequent disconnection for the Broadband connection .. On Calling Customer Care, they will accept complaint forwarded to technical.. This is happening most of the time.. Atleast more than 50 complaints in a month from my side.. It is really worst service from Reliance.. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi, My Used id is[protected].
I am getting frequent disconnection. Default gateway stop responding frequently.
I have raised many complain regarding this. I had requested even for termination once.
If this time you are failed to solve issue.I will go for termination. My advance rental is paid till[protected].
You people will not get any further payment unless you solve my issue by November end.You Guys always give 48 hours time to resolve the issue. I'm giving you 40 days(960 Hours). I hope that is more than sufficient. Let me know if you need more than 40 Days to solve issue.

I am having a problem of frequent disconnection and the customer care is not responding even after registering a compliant several times.Their customer service is one of the laziest i have ever seen and they aren't responding to the customer compliants at all.
It has been 12 days since i lost my connection and i have still not got my connection back. Reliance must give a fee waiver for such kinda response as its around half a month.
