[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Connection — cheating

Dear Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that there is a sales executive named: Dharmendra Mishra who came to my residance at:117 Anoop Nagar, Indore (m.p) for the sale of reliance broadband connection.As promised, he assured me the connection of 100kbps with a download speed of 75kbs/sec minimum with a monthly rental of 499/-Rs.A sum of Rs 210/- was taken as an advance for the connection which was supposed to be installed at the residence whith in 48hrs from the 14/08/09 of this month.The connection was installed on 21/08/09 after many complains.The connection is not working since 22/08/09 and for this matter I have reported the matter to the authorities but there has been no action since then.I am already a user of airtel broadband but also took a connection from reliance so that i could get a better speed.
I as a consumer have been cheated by the sales team of reliance broadband since they allured me with a false scheme and have provided something different.I was getting a download speed of 10Kb/sec.
I have made numerous complains about the above matter to the authorities and one person's name whom I remember as Mr Amog.
Requesting you to please take a strict action against the company and also ask them to refund my money since now i want to discontinue with them.

Sub:- Broad band complaint

Dear Sir/madam,
With reference to your mail received date:[protected] I would like state the following as follows.

I have applied the reliance net connection on[protected], your representative
Mr. A.BALA (+91 [protected]) Reliance Address No.71, E.V.K Sambath Salai, Vepary, came over here and taken the feasibility report and paid Rupees 500/- (Five Hundred Only) by Cheque towards in the name of RCIL A/C RIS, Cheque No-043041 towards the cost of deposit and he has promised that the Net Connection will be effected within a week.

After 10 days I came to know from BALA there was a shortage of cable and will be taken another 10days. Till date I have not receive any communication from your end.

And contacted your Team leader Mr. SAKTHI (+91 [protected]) and also not properly responding our calls. (I have called everyday for this person he will tell I am in meeting or driving take necessary action for the person) And state I came to know that there is no feasibility to connect the net connection at your premises.

I have not received any communication so for from your end an nobody turned up and installed the any equipments from your side.

Cheque and connection as not been received for the past 3 months[protected] TO[protected]
