[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — DNS server is not responding error coming after every 10 min. | |||
I have reliance broad band service .From two months I am getting Dns server not responding error every 10 min. and connection is disconnected for some time , connection is also very slow after 2 pm every day. IPv6 connectivity is also not there. From two months I am complaining above problem on tole free no. but every time they give two days after date for solving this problem and it was from 2 months .They are not interested in solving the problem. When I ask that can I remove the connection and take another one they says its your problem. I think reliance no more required customers. Reliance Broadband Connection — Not removing the Connection
i had taken a broadband connection plan with 150 kbps since august 2008 and made the request to disconnection of my broadband connection because there was no use of it for me, so when i tried to make a complaint their customer care centre executive told to submitted the bill worth of 1700rs on dt 03/01/2008 against the receipt no s[protected] that i paid up after two days when i had a word with reliance customer care centre and again made a complaint and they gave me a request number [protected], but after making the calls to reliance customer care they are reluctant for removing the dish even though they had closed my services in feb 2008, plz do something for me.Thanks
