Reliance Broadband — High Ping | |||
I've been experiencing Extremely High Latencies during the day, but the pings goes normal after 9PM. I've been experiencing this problem from like 7 Months. Whenever I call Reliance Customer Care, they give the same excuse, that there is a server update, and the ping will be fixed in a few days, and after that, they give me a date. And even after that date, the connection stays the same, High Ping. I call again and they keep extending the date for no reason. I don't want to remove Reliance due to their 'Reliability' but I will be forced to do it, unless they perform some serious action regarding this. My User ID is[protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com I get a better ping with my Wireless Tata Modem compared to Reliance Wired during the day. Was this information helpful? | |||
