I had applied for reliance broadband connection in Jan'09 by paying three months advance rental. After March'09 i was called up and asked to pay bill for next 3 months although i was informed that i would be receiving only monthly bills after March following which i asked for termination of Internet connection. The people who had provided the connection kept telling me that they have sent the monthly bill to my address which i never received. Finally i asked them to terminate the connection to which they asked me to call mumbai office call center, which i did on 9th April. However i am still receiving a bill of Rs 3448.98 which is surprising to me considering the connection has been already terminated a month back. I have been asking the call center people to send me the exact bill for the month of March, instead of the bill for the next three months which is not applicable at all since the connection has been terminated. But they initially told me that i have to pay the bill amount and rest of the charges will be refunded. Another call center executive told me that since my billing plan is a quarterly plan i will receive the correct bill upto the date of termination after June and i can ignore the current bill. Today (May 12) i have received a legal notice from L.V Vijay Shankar & Associates again asking me to pay Rs 3448.98. On calling the customer care i have been asked to ignore even this notice and they are again telling me that i will receive a proper bill. I asked them for a email confirmation regarding the same since earlier also i have been asked to ignore bills and still i am receiving these notices to which they are saying that their system does not allow them to provide any e-mail confirmation. All in all their billing process and customer handling seems to be highly flawed. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi, I am facing the problem against disconnection. I bought a connection on March 2011. Now i would like to disconnect my connection. So i have visited to reliance web world center. Executive said we cant disconnect upto six months. They are forcing me to use the reliance broadband connections. Not only for me. In salem circle most of the people are facing the same problem. Customer care executives said not mandatory for six months. You can disconnect at any time. But webworld executives dont agree with that. Really it's a worst service. I already complaint to Consumer association against reliance broadband.

sir,We are not receiving bills every month by post regularly. Kindly send the bill every month without fail to avoid late payment.

who want me to pay for RS 1758/ .. I have not used since last 3 month. and I got many call from relience custer care and I told them the same that its not working and I gave the complaint but no one is ready to solved that and I told them to Disconnect that..
Please help us to stop this..

so, when one don't know how much he is using now and what was the last month bill...how he/she will be satisfied with the bill which will come ahead? sure it will be of big amount, as the customer don't get any data of his usage, and benefit for the I/C provider to get more money and apply any amount to his/her credit
do this called a quality of work?
as it's seen other site has been added myservice like that of reliance ...again there it said to sign up
when the data is provided there...no email verification is seen to the data entered or no sms can be seen :S?
i filled many times the correct data there and it said a verification is send to you re email address and sms to you re mobile..
none i received even in spam it's checked
question on stupido: it's mention there it will be received on sms...but am using broadband+ device...where i can see that sms...need to break that device and read the sms?
so weird poor quality of work and in blame we have to pay for unsatisfied bills?
