[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Internet — Worst speed

I am a new user of Reliance broadband. whenever I try to open the browser Every time I can see "This page can not be displayed" . When I talk to customer service the reply is that, "Please note the complaint number and our technitian will attend the problem soon". I bought a new PC then also no progess. Now I am raising this complaint from a browsing center. Is there any way to get out of this problem. I have no choice for other service provider. Airtel does not have service in my area. BSNL - applied for land line 2 months back. not yet connected. Please help me solving this problem.
