Dear ,Sir / Madam From 18th of Jan.,2011 Our telephone no.[protected] was totally dead and we had also given continues complaint to nodal office and customer care our complaint no. is 18th Jan.2011 [protected] 20th Jan.2011 [protected] 21th Jan.2011 [protected] 24th Jan.2011 [protected] [protected] but till date complaint was not resolved and directly closed by them and after that we had get call from customer care center and also from nodal office that your services is cancelled because of company's technical problem reason and they had taken there telephone instrument from our place but still we are receiving bill from that same company our last bill amount is coming around 556/- and they are tell that you should pay the bill but till date we had clear all the bills till January so please help us as soon as possible my cell no.:-+91-[protected] and email id:[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

our problem is still not solve still your bill are coming at my address your technical executive had already taken our telephone handset in advance and i had launched new complaints every month because your bill are still coming without using any of your services i had new complaint nos. from nodal officer & customer care till today i had got waiver only for some months and my deposit money is also not refunded so please check your system and reply us as soon as possible or else we should take strict action against company.
