Reliance Broadband Net Connection — i haven't received net connection but my cheque has been passed out | |

Reliance Broadband Net Connection — internet and landline not working
internet and land line not workingDear sir ,
my internet is not working and this is not a new problem it happens very often .my net works only for ten to twelve days on an average in a month and everyday it shows the message ( cannot find server or connection timed out ) i am now fed up with this problem .many times i think that i could have had gone for some other internet services. my user ID is[protected].
My land line connection also is dead for many days. whenever i complaint about that the costumer care department takes my complaints lightly and they never update the information about my land line therefore it always shows GENERIC in their computer system .the team is so irritating to me that it does not take the landline complaint by saying that your connection is generic .my landline no. is 30424258.
i hope that my complaint will be solved soon
