Reliance Broadband Netconnect Data Card — slow process , access and poor service | |||
I have purchased one reliance broad bond net connect data card NO:[protected] at Madurai in name of M.Kirish kumar, my son. Now, the process of net connection is very slow, the date card used by my son at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The complaint has given to your Madurai service center on 10/7/2012 and they said it will take two days, but till date they can't attend the complaint. The service is very poor. My son attend college campus now. In this situation, your people not attend the complaint immediately. so that I register my complaint. Dear sir/madam,I am Bhasker,i am using reliance hi speed 1x USB modem(zte ac8720), my browsing and downloads speed are very slow exactly less than 4 kbps.....
i can`t browse fastly,its irritating me. how can i increase my speed? pls help me....
