Reliance Broadband — non payment of dues to me | |||
reliance broadband billing account number: [protected] customer account number:[protected] I requested for termination of my internet connection on13/04/2012. As was going out of station i requested reliance broadband local engineer Mr Sudhakar to take away the equipment and on 13th itself my connection was terminated by reliance broadband staff Mr Prasad and the equipment was taken away. As per their intimation to me through e-mail my phone was terminated on[protected] but internet was terminated on 24/04/2012. They have raised a bill on[protected] for Rs.982.56 which are rentals from[protected] to[protected] and by mistake i paid Rs.980/- on 8-5-2012. As my equipment was taken away on[protected] and i have not used the service from[protected] i need not pay the amount Rs.980/-. Even as per their termination notice i had to pay only rentals from[protected] to[protected] and not unto[protected]. Actually reliance broadband have to pay me the excess rentals from[protected] as i have not utilized their service from that date. EVEN AS PER THEIR OWN BILL (BILL Date :[protected] Bill No. :[protected] I HAVE TO BE REFUNDED RS.302/-. i.e full month rentals minus rentals unto[protected]. but despite several remainders by me they are not paying even that amount. i request the refund amount with interest immediately. s.v.r.b.sastry Was this information helpful? | |||
