Reliance GSM Mobile — unsubscription of caller tunes

my cell no is [protected]. am from Surat, Gujarat.
i have activated Caller Tunes on 20/1/2009 which was 'zara sa' and the message from the company says that it will be renewed on 20/4/2009 as as the charge is deduced from my balance.
but i very much regret to say that on 27/1/200 at 21:49:56, i received a message saying that you have unsubscribed caller tunes.
so you are requested to look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

Caller Tune — Unsubscribe Caller Tune

Dear Sir,
I want to unsubscribe the caller tune service in my mobile no-[protected]. I have sent the SMS several times and also called your caller tune service no 56700, but unfortunately every time I have got a reply that for technical difficulties it is not possible to unsubscribe. Here I have a question, for your technical problem why I will pay the extra money which you deduct from the recharge amount? Here I want to note that I never applied for any subscription for caller tune. Please help me immediately so that the problem can be solved ASAP.
