Reliance CDMA — Regarding Bad Customer Care Executives

I bought Reliance CDMA mobile phone, 4 months back. From the day I bought, I lost nearly Rs.2000/- unnecessarily. I will explain in detail, so that the others can aware of that.
I am having Lifetime Card. Last month I recharged with Rs.799 voucher(unlimited free calls only for reliance). Then i want to change my plan to Lifetime Jaadu Pack, I asked the suggestion of Reliance Customer Care Executive, he said you can recharge right now. I asked about my Rs.799 Voucher, if i go with Life time Jaadu pack means, whether the Rs.799 voucher will be expired or continued. He said you can continue with that, so i recharded with Rs. 595 (life time jaadu pack). But i lost Rs.799/- without making any call, they simply said sorry it was a mistake. I asked to refund but they refused.
Now my call tarrifs cahged to STD 1 rs and Local 50paise. I again recharged with rs799/- in the same month, now im getting free calls to reliance, but for other than reliance the call tarrif has been revised as previous. I asked about this to one of the customer care, he said the same answer "sorry". He said if your special tarrifs is not there you will get the STD 1rs and Local 50ps.
If thery are really good customer care representatives means, they have to tell the hidden truths also na...Why these reliance customer care executives are behaving as a cheaters... I hate reliance...
Those who are havinh reliance please make a note of this incident...dont loose your valuable money as like me...

Reliance — wrong suggestion by customer care

i am having pre paid connection of relainace. i had charged my phone with rs 222 life time voucheer along with rs 880/ top up card. i was getting std call for rs one. but in the month of october rs 880 plan was withdrawn without any notice. then i contacted customer cre in shillong. he advised me to charge my phone with rs 250/ stating rs 880/ plan is withdrawn. so i followed his advice. but 3-4 days rs 880/ plan again continued but i was not able to get that plan because as per customer care advise i charged my phone with rs 250/. because of his wrong advise i am suffering as i am not able to enjoy rs 880/ plan.

reliance cdma cell phone — my phone is baared due to irresponsibilty of ur c.c-executives

i am using reliance since it has been launched & facing & extreme tension bcz of its customer care service.my phone was supposed to expire on 5 dec 2008 & i received a msg on 5 sec 2008 at 6:58 pm from reliance saying that get a recharge of rs.210 & u will get life time validity with 250 rs. after that i confirmed it from the customer care executive at *333 & went on for recharge on 5 des 08 at 7:35 pm.but still rather than giving a proper talk time & validity they gave only rs 186.9 & 1 day validity with that they even baared my phone till now they have'nt bother to pay any attention towards my complaint.plz look to it i am facing a great loss becouse of your irresposibilty.my no. is [protected] Regard'sKunal Dhawan-0-[protected]

cdma 799 voucher — balance problem

plz solve my problem i am not able to make any std rim call from my rim cell despite of having the 799 rs voucher .
which enables me to call across india to any rim no.
plz check the problem.
and my balance is reducing without any usages.
My Mobile No [protected] in the name of Masood Raza complained lodged regarding activation of Fun Pack at yours end arbitrarily and deducted amount of Rs 30/- (Thirty Rupees) against the balance of the aforesaid mobile . Thus the account landed into debit of Rs 18/- (Eighteen Rupees). complaint lodged with the customer care service on 22nd April 2009 and the first call was attended by your executive Mr. Mohit and i requested to close the pack and balance refunded to my account and enabling me to make calls which has been suspended. Mr Rohit transfered to Mr. Sukhwinder (Sr.Support) who made false commitment and gave 24 hrs for restoration . After 24 hrsagain i contacted Mr. Ramesh yadav (Sr.Support) after lapser of next 24 hrs and he confirmed as their was no complaint regarding such pack and no adjustment has been posted in my account and the same script was told that within 24 hrs pack will be deactivated and the adjustment will eb posted in your account. After next 24 hrs Mr. Rohit transfered my call to Mr. Gurvinder (Sr.Support) but all made false commitments to sort out problems but all are great liars did nothing and the complaint rests with your customer care in actioned lamenting on your poor serives. Every time when i explained my problem every executive said thier is system problem and call after 1 hours . I dont think so that so poor customer care services is providing reliance to thier users that every day thier system is down/technical problem.

I request your better to disband your customer care service which is futile and of no use. Its better to give the powers to deactivate such pack at dealers end not to them as they are evading the calls under pretext of technical upgradation services. Services provided by the other mobile owners are far better than your wretched services and staffs. All are liable to be prosecuted under the offence of cheating the poor customers and strict action should be taken so that it should not be repeated in future.

Further to my complaint lodged regarding my Mobile No [protected] in the name of Masood Raza vide mail dated 27, April 2009 but no response in this regard has been made so far. I had talked to Mrs. Savita (Sr.Support) on 28-04-09 who promised me to refund the amount deducted by you by means of posting waiver as my account is still in debit balance resulting great inconvenience. Miserable state of affair prevailing in your customer service.

my mobile no. [protected]. manie coverage problame ka complain 25 march 2009 ko kiya. uske baad aaj tak 6-7 baar complainn kiya per abhi tak solve nahi hua.
complain band rilaince tower ko start kana tha per complain karne k baad ya to messages aaye ke aapka problame resolve ho gaya ya 1-2 din tower chaluho ker phir band ho jaye.
main complain kar -kar thak gaya aab main dept.of "DOT" or "TRAI" main writen complain karungake
bar-bar complain karne per bhi solve nahi hota or na hi aapna ghatiya covarge ko solve kata hai.
main last complain 2-7-2009 ko kiya or usse 5 days mai solve karne ka wada kiya per aaj 14days se jayadaho gaya ab kab hoga.

Yes, Reliance is a big cheater (Bhikari). Get airoplanes for his wife through our money. If he wants to ask for this then directly send his spine less people to our house we will give them.
Never ever go for any knid of services from reliance... Reliance can never be TATA or Birla. There is no values, ethics, no face, soon every one will come to know and this will be too late for reliance to come back.
Hi I m happy with ur product I have't any issue with your service. I love ur agent work he has reactivate my clipe service agine, Cauz some o[censored]r agent barred my clipe service with any issue (I was taken d info releted my sms sending problem )but he did't give me any info.He was saying that (tumeh pata chal jayga)why did he do it?so you shuld always chack the quality of your agent, I wanna reply either on my email or cell([protected] .thanks

Reliance Mobile — Wretched customer service

I registered my mobile number under "Do not disturb Register" years back; and still continue to get plenty junk messages, that too during odd hours. I have periodically have been giving the details of such messages received along with source to Reliance for the last one year. Till now they had done nothing to stop this, and even do not respond to complaints. They had flatly refused to give me their all India Service Head's contact details saying that they are not supposed to. But they are pretty well supposed to take customers for a ride. I must have sent then hundred mails over the last one year and ultimately I FOUND THE SOLUTION MYSELF! I DECIDED TO SURRENDER THE CONNECTION; AND REQUEST LIKE MINDED CUSTOMERS TO DO THE SAME. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO BRING DOWN TO EARTH COMPANIES WHO CARE A HOOD FOR CUSTOMERS.

Hello I understand your problem
But while you are in Lifetime pack indicating that you are running in that pack!!
After visiting the Reliance Web world you have to take the decision to change via
Why because you are dealing with a lot of money, , , at that time there is a minimum responsibility to do that
all customer care executives are not alike
some may pass better information and some may not!!!
While you are going to recharge with huge amount there is a responsibility to consult Reliance web world more than talking to a Customer Care Executive!!!

I am using Reliance since 10 years
n I have known what is wrong n what is right regarding to that [email protected]!!!
OFCOURSE I am a big fan of Reliance Services n it is working very well Try to understand!!
