Reliance CDMA — Regarding Bad Customer Care Executives
I bought Reliance CDMA mobile phone, 4 months back. From the day I bought, I lost nearly Rs.2000/- unnecessarily. I will explain in detail, so that the others can aware of that.
I am having Lifetime Card. Last month I recharged with Rs.799 voucher(unlimited free calls only for reliance). Then i want to change my plan to Lifetime Jaadu Pack, I asked the suggestion of Reliance Customer Care Executive, he said you can recharge right now. I asked about my Rs.799 Voucher, if i go with Life time Jaadu pack means, whether the Rs.799 voucher will be expired or continued. He said you can continue with that, so i recharded with Rs. 595 (life time jaadu pack). But i lost Rs.799/- without making any call, they simply said sorry it was a mistake. I asked to refund but they refused.
Now my call tarrifs cahged to STD 1 rs and Local 50paise. I again recharged with rs799/- in the same month, now im getting free calls to reliance, but for other than reliance the call tarrif has been revised as previous. I asked about this to one of the customer care, he said the same answer "sorry". He said if your special tarrifs is not there you will get the STD 1rs and Local 50ps.
If thery are really good customer care representatives means, they have to tell the hidden truths also na...Why these reliance customer care executives are behaving as a cheaters... I hate reliance...
Those who are havinh reliance please make a note of this incident...dont loose your valuable money as like me...
