[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA — Network problem & Call Drop problem

Dear sir,
we are facing the Network problem & call drop problem from last 4 month we request to Local dealer for solve these problem but no any satisfaction reply then we send the mail to reliance communication & our complaint no. is[protected] &[protected].

against these complaint no any customer care executive & nodal officer reply & without my satisfaction note they reply me through mail that they resolve my problem.

I request you kindly check under mention corresponding mail copy

Dear Sirs,

I, Sudhir Mulchandani, Mumbai,

I had complained about the network problem in my locality (Link Road, Goregaon W) on 8th June 2010. Complaint No.[protected]
On 13th June 2010 I got a message from Relaince reading "Dear Reliance Customer issue pertaining to your Service Request No.[protected] is resolved. We value your association with us."

Just a day after the network problem started again. For your information I have 12 Relaince connections in my office. Our business is totally dependent on phones, without which we cannot survive. After trusting the brand value of Reliance we went for the same. But to my dissapointment they did not stand to any expectations. Leave aside the expectation they dont even match TRAI's regulations.

I have been talking to Mr. Ejaz ([protected]) from last 3 days. Every time I call him he says that he will be coming in my office to solve the problem with Reliance Service Engineer but he doesnt turns up.

I want a representative from Reliance in my office at the earliest. Please dont force me to take up this issue with the media.
