Reliance CDMA — CRBT Service invoked without my consent | |
Hi, I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance CDMA has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that your Subscription to CRBT Service has been renewed at Rs. 20 for a period of 20 days. Rs 20 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance. When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message. Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money. yess...same thing happened to me also...
My complaint is regarding the services offered to prepaid consumer. They deduct Rs 10 for caller tunes, Rs 30 for mobile radio services or similar other services without your consent and they refuse to refund this amount when you tell about this problem. This happens every month and the customer care department says that it is not a system error and does not believe in that when we say that we have never asked for such so called value added services. This is highly unfair business practice. Though they have reduced the call charges now, they have found another way of extracting money from customers. This must stop and we all customers must unite to stop them from doing this practice.

Reliance CDMA — Renew Caller Tune w/o consent
I have pre-paid mobile phone connection no [protected] in Reliance CDMA. They renew caller tune and charge Rs 30 every month without my request.I get it unsubscribed everytime and loose Rs 30,It is a short of forgery because I keep them inform NOT TORENEW this service.
