Reliance CDMA — Unethical amount deduction

I am a Reliance CDMA customer mobile number is 74880791XX, since July 2010 to November 2010 I didn’t face any problem, but after December 2010 Reliance activated any paid service on my CDMA number without my consent and deducted all amount. I recharged my number in January but they deducted all amount within a minute . That time I was out of station hence didn’t reported. But on 15/07/2011 I again recharged with Rs. 200/- and they deducted all amount and balance showing -50 (minus 50 Rs.). Now its frustrating for me.

When I called customer care and want to know why they deducted all my amount they said that due to activation of some paid services amount was deducted, then I asked, who requested that paid services? then they have no answer.

When I didn’t requested any paid services then why should Reliance activated any such paid service without prior notice and without my consent?

They don’t have any answer.

As I didn’t get proper solution from Reliance customer care hence I am witting on my blog and every social networking site to let people know how/ Reliance cheated customer and if any single person changed his mind then I think my intense work is successful. Also I am going to registering a formal complain against Reliance CDMA in consumer court.

Beware if you are going to purchase any product from Reliance. Reliance is a cheater, they will activate any such paid service without user consent and deduct your all amount. I faced high billing problem from Reliance electricity then switched to TATA and my current bill is half of the amount Reliance billed every months to me, but using same frequency of electricity.

So please please do not buy any Reliance product. They are big cheater!
Boycott Reliance switch to Airtel (I have few issues with Airtel but they properly resolved all my issue hence I am a big fan of Airtel now and suggested you.).

Reliance CDMA — automatic value added service activation without any prior information and balance deduction on CDMA

Dear Reliance commn,

i have not activated any job service on my mobile no -[protected], i am in govt job. so there is not need to activate this service.
this service has been activated without any perior information.
kindly provide the record when this service is activated how much ammount has been deducted from my balance. today also 30 ruppees has been deduted.
and we don't get any massage for amout deduction till now.
also give me detailed procedure to activate this service.
kindly keep in mind that i don't want activate any value added services on my mobile number. if in future any service is acticated on that then you are responsible.
kindly credit all amount regarding this service to my mobile no - [protected].
if you are not playing my amount. i will complaint to consulmer cell.

Dear Sir,

My Phone number is [protected].

A VAS (Value Added Service) was activated since January 2011 and they deducted 30 Rs per month for that service. My mother is using that mobile number and she didn't know how amount was deducted and also she didn't know about any VAS services. When I visited my native place then talked with Customer care and they told that VAS is activated on that number, I asked customer care executive that who requested to activate that service then they didn't have any answer.

Now for last 7 moths they deducted 210 rs for VAS which we never requested.

If Reliance automatically activated any VAS then customer is not liable to pay the service charge. so I want money back which was deducted due to VAS.

At present we de-activated all VAS services on that mobile.

Reliance CDMA — Automatically balance Deduction Without any information

Respected Sir/Mam,

My Self Abhishek Shukla i am using reliance Cdma no. [protected], I have notice that Rs15 are Deducted from my Mobile in every two or three Days From last Week.and When i call to Customer Care to know about it, they Can't Give Satisfactory answer this type i have lost Rs45 approx From my mobile.

Sir I want my Deduction money back, plz Solve my problem as soon as possible
